Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:45 PM until 7:45PM

Additional Practice?
Tue and Thur from 6:00 pm to 7:30pm for additional training.
Bad Weather?
In case of inclement weather, practice will be held at Specker Field House or notifications will be sent by email or text message.
Where do I buy spikes?
We recommend MF Athletic and First to the Finish.
